About our Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange subject to the following terms:
1. You have the right to return a product only at the time of delivery while the deliveryman is still present.

-or you can exchange the products within 72 hours from the date that you physically receive the products.

2. We will exchange any products that are returned in resalable condition.

3. We will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days after receiving your request. The refund will be issued to you through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.

4.If your exchanged product is lower in price than your initial order, we will refund the price difference to you through the same payment method that you used to place the order. We cannot credit the refund to your personal account on our website.

***This doesn’t apply to prescription or custom lenses & accessories , as they are made according to the personalized prescription indicated by the customer.***

 

Order Acceptance:

-Orders are subject to our acceptance, and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order in certain circumstances, including, but not necessarily limited to, when:
-There is a mistake in the information you provided to us (e.g., you provided an incorrect shipping address).
-There is a mistake on our Site relating to the products that you have ordered.
-The products that you have ordered is no longer available.
-There are limitations in shipping to your region requiring additional information to complete a delivery.

We make every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see on our website may depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. All prices are in BDT and are subject to change without notice.
 
 

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash on delivery, Bkash & SSLCOMERZ payment gateway. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
 
 

Shipping and Delivery:

We offer delivery all over Bangladesh. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and based on your order’s shipping destination. Delivery times may vary based on your location. The delivery time inside Dhaka will be a maximum of 5 days and the delivery time outside Dhaka will be a maximum of 10 days.
 
 

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original condition and packaging within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges. Partial refund may apply for customized lens orders. Refunds will be made through the same payment method through which you have made the payment.
