Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange subject to the following terms:

-You have the right to return a product only at the time of delivery while the deliveryman is still present.

-or you can exchange the products within 72 hours from the date that you physically receive the products.

-We will exchange any products that are returned in resalable condition.

-For exchanged orders, we will send you, your desired product at full cash on delivery & when we receive your exchanged product you’ll be refunded through Bkash.

– If your exchanged product is lower price than your initial order , the price difference will be credited to your account for any future purchases.

*To exchange please mail us support@glassesbd.com with your Order ID & Bkash number.

***This doesn’t apply to prescription or custom lenses & accessories , as they are made according to the personalized prescription indicated by the customer.***

Order Acceptance:

-Orders are subject to our acceptance, and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order in certain circumstances, including, but not necessarily limited to, when:
-There is a mistake in the information you provided to us (e.g., you provided an incorrect shipping address).
-There is a mistake on our Site relating to the products that you have ordered.
-The products that you have ordered is no longer available.
-There are limitations in shipping to your region requiring additional information to complete a delivery.

Product Availability:

-The inclusion of any products on our Site does not imply, warrant or guarantee that the products will be available if you wish to place an order to purchase it.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order:

-You can make changes to or cancel your order, including products on backorder, at any time before we have packed your order for shipment. To do so, please send us an email to support@glassesbd.com with your order ID.
